Bali Waves is unlike any wave DVD I’ve ever seen – and I’ve seen a lot. Bali is a beautiful place no doubt, but this DVD takes the beauty of Bali to a whole new level. This film is a wonderful showcase of their waves and beaches.
From the wide-angle views of waves slowly rolling in to shore in gorgeous shades of blue – it is so peaceful I just totally relaxed. So many wave videos show the waves crashing violently against the shore rocks, etc. This is NOT that video.
My absolute FAVORITE part of this DVD is the extraordinary AERIAL photography of the water and the waves – I barely have words to describe this footage – it is so serene! When I’m watching I feel like I’m slowly floating above the water, totally at peace. This aerial footage really took my breath away. It is unlike anything I’d seen before. All of the photography is beyond excellent It’s a pleasure to see a film of this quality that gives me such a sense of tranquility. Absolutely great job!

I watched this movie once and I think I think this is a very nice movie. Beautifully filmed & beautiful images of the various beaches & waves. An ideal atmosphere / relaxation film to enjoy, especially on an evening when you do not want to have other things on your mind.

If you want to see every hue of blue and green Mother Nature's color palette offers, this is your video!
With only the sounds of nature around you, begin with an aerial view of the crystal clear water surrounding some of the island's rugged, undeveloped shoreline. Here the waves are gentle, a small waterfall calls to you...as you move along, you are mesmerized by the water's interaction with volcanic rocks, each wave choosing its own course. Continue your travels to view unimpeded waves meeting the shore with military precision; yet, later, as waves encounter what lies beneath, they scatter and it is as if you are watching children breaking out in every direction when a scavenger hunt begins...Not to be forgotten, a few shore birds call in the distance. Lush green fields are nearby. An isolated palm tree backed by clouds and ocean stands as a sentry over its island. Let no one pass who will do her harm! A myriad of sunsets and sunrises paint the blues and greens with vivid reds, oranges, violets...colors almost more than the eyes can absorb. It goes on and on!
