I'm listening to this now on the TV. It's really true what it says: Transform any room into a peaceful retreat.... 5* Coincidentally, my one sis, Liane, kept dreaming of swans and yesterday (for real), a big white swan came...hung out in her yard for a few hours. I was really blown away by it since that is the 1st white swan that she's seen ever where she lives. Nature sure is mysterious and beautiful.

I can't tell you enough how much I have been enjoying your Water Melodies DVD. It is exactly as you said. For myself, I play it in the morns as I prepare to go to work and make it a habit to read a good 15 minutes or more, if allowed, in one of my five, already started books. I love to read and the ambient visuals and soft classicals is just what my classes need.
However, more important was the use for my 87 year old Mother, who I care for. She is in the seventh stage of Alzheimer and rarely responds to anything, yet when I place her in a comfort zone with the Water Melodies she seems to stare at the beautiful, selected visuals and settles in til a nap overcomes her. She appears so peaceful...and this gives me a sense of relief and a worth of all the waiting to receive the DVD.

Like it? I love it. I've picked up dozens of this 'type' of disc over the past 20 years. None have come close to the quality of this one. The ONLY thing I would want different is that I be able to black out my TV screen so I could turn the volume down real low and play it all night. It compliments the 'water fall' in our 55 gallon fish tank. Solved that problem with a piece of black visquene over the screen. Lived on a small Idaho Creek for 15 years and the bedroom windows were 35' from the water.
The 'water only' side of the disc is as close to my little creek in Idaho as it gets. Some of the scenes are almost beyond belief that they are real. Them and the music make a perfect marriage. Thank you.

I've had this DVD for several years now and I recommend it very highly if you are looking for pure relaxation.
I have anxiety and this is very calming for me. The music is generic enough so that I don't tire of it. The visuals are very compelling and soothing. This is just the thing if you are reading or noodling around online. Now that I know the company makes others, I plan on buying them.
Please don't purchase this if you are expecting mind-blowing visuals or music that will change your life - that's not what this is. If you want that, get religion. This is simply a very hypnotic and soothing compilation of music and water imagery. If you have OCD (I do) or other anxiety issues, you will benefit from this over time.

I love this dvd. You can listen to music or just the water depending on your mood.I have others of Tony's dvds and the only thing that I didn't like was it had short music intervals, so it replayed same songs over fast. Other ones have longer music intervals. Scenery is very beautiful. Great job with filming. I use it at night to relax at bedtime and it only takes 5 minutes before I'm out. His best dvd (IMO) is Winter Solitude but this is close behind.

We are so pleased to have purchased the two DVD's from you. The photography is stunning and the music is so soothing without bursts of sound that would wake you up should you drift peacefully off to sleep! Well done! I've purchased music videos before and although the scenes were beautiful... the music was nerve wracking. Not in this case! Stupendous job! I would heartily recommend these videos to anyone looking for some quiet time or even help falling to sleep. What a blessing! Thank you so much!

Another magnificent video from Tony Helsloot! I love watching waterfalls and listening to the sound of water. There are so many different scenes in this video - some that are majestic while others are soft and soothing. From the different kinds of waterfalls, to the swans, to the colors of the various times of day, this whole video shows the best of nature and it calms my mind and relieves my stress. All in all, a definite 5 star video if you enjoy nature

This DVD is so beautiful. The piano music is very soothing and images just relax your whole body. We use this DVD in our public area at work to help keep the environment calm. Even children will stop what they are doing and watch the swans and waterfalls. It's really a great buy for us.
