Blue skies, tranquil turquoise water and an untouched sandy beach await as you begin this relaxing DVD. Soon, you will slide beneath the sea�s surface to watch fish lazily swimming and a turtle leaving its hideaway. This �over and under� pattern continues in the second section as you move out on to open water and enjoy a rugged coastline and lovely hills before you once again slip in to the depths of the sea. In the third segment, you have to reorient yourself as you gaze down at the tops of palm trees on the beach�be sure to look closely in the water, there is a turtle passing beneath you. Relaxing music plays intermittently in the scenes. This DVD is wonderful for any setting that needs relaxation�although there is one caveat. The underwater scenes are quite monochromatic (think lots of bleached broccoli)�.whether this is because the ocean floor has been irrevocably damaged by pollution or if this look is inherent to the region is unknown. This could actually be a bit disheartening to some viewers!
