The Film starts with a gloomy rainy day with thunder and rainbows overlooking the big Atlantic ocean, slowly from there we go into red glowing sunsets seen from high cliffs,
beaches, and even from the air, ending up with a serene twilight and lighthouses scanning the ocean.

The sound was recorded with a high-end surround microphone to give you a real sense of being there.

There's a certain time, right around sunset, when the ocean and beach reflect the orange hued rays of the setting sun. At the beach I frequent during the summer, we call this the Golden Hour. Sunset Waves takes you on a journey to a distant shore up to that magic moment before dusk, when the last sunlight of the day vividly displays and dances on the water.

The DVD begins in late afternoon at a cold, windswept, rocky beach. Clouds obscure the sky. A lonely lighthouse stands sentinel on a ledge but other than that there are no indications of human life here. The audience is treated to sweeping, panoramic views of the rolling surf, craggy bluffs and shorebirds. Large waves roll in, some crashing on the rocks below. As the DVD progresses, the scenes become more colorful and peaceful as the sun begins her descent behind the horizon. When sunset nears, the grey ocean and sky transform to shades of orange and yellow: a marvelous sight!

If you are seeking palm trees, gentle trade winds and grass huts, this is not the DVD for you. If however, you enjoy the scenery of a dramatic northern coastline, you will find this DVD to your liking!
